MISSION:
Individuals with common interests getting together to socialize with their pets and working towards helping animals in need by fundraising, fostering and community education.
These individuals will also be part of the growth towards a future animal sanctuary, education and community center.
Community Programs:
Dog Walking Club
Join me and other members of the community get Fit With Fido!! Learn about different health tips for you and your dog, do fun exercises together and go for a health walk with the rest of the group. Getting fit is much easier and more fun when you have people with the same interests joining you!

Pet Club for Kids! & after school programs
Learn basic care and responsible pet ownership. See what kind of careers you can have with animals. Learn about different animals from all over the world! Raise awareness in the community about current issues.

Adopting The Right Pet For You
A class to help you find the right pet for your family. Various pets and their housing, food and social habits & more are discussed. Some animals may be up for adoption at this class, providing proof of ability to care for it.

Pet Pantry - Help in times of need
Sometimes you need a little help to get through the next week, or month. Pet foods will be available to families in need. Donations will be accepted.

Medical Emergency Fund
Emergencies happen, and they can be costly as well. This fund would be available to loan families the money to take care of their pet when needed. Loans can be paid back at the owners financial ability. (no funds available at this time)

Come up with your own club, class or special need fund and share it with the community!!
You do not have to be a member to join groups or classes. Some are free, some have fees, but donations are always accepted!!
Membership:
$25 per year
Fees will be used to buy educational program supplies, help with medical emergency fees for low-income families, and to keep the society running efficiently (misc expenses needed).
Society Meetings
Meet once a month and get to know others, what events are going on, what needs are there, and more. Everyone is welcome to attend!! If you wish to speak on a special subject, please let me know to make time for you.
Board Meetings
Volunteer board members will meet once a month or as necessary to vote on necessary issues, see where funding is at or what is needed and decide if there needs to be events for fundraising and more. The board is the heart & soul of the society and believe in helping animals and working with the community. Each potential member will be interviewed, screened and voted for. Call me if interested!
